Is HangFlex really faster and easier to use than regular hangers?
Our tests indicate that HangFlex is over 3 times faster to use than regular hangers. It is also significantly easier to use than regular hangers, especially with small necked items such as t-shirts, pullovers, dresses, buttoned shirts, etc.

How much weight can HangFlex carry?
HangFlex is guaranteed to carry 4.4lbs (2kg) but can carry up to 8 lbs.

How durable is HangFlex?
HangFlex is built using quality materials and precision engineering. It has been tested for thousands of uses and has proven to be very durable. HangFlex will last years under normal circumstances.

Is there only one version of HangFlex?
We currently offer one version of HangFlex (HFL) for ligther clothes. Additional models, for heavier clothing and various types of garments, are currently being worked on and are due for launch in the next 12 months.

What is the weight and dimensions of HangFlex?
HangFlex (one hanger) weighs about 2.8oz (80 grams). Dimensions: 12" x 6" x 1".

How will I know how to use HangFlex?
HangFlex comes packaged with illustrated instructions. However, you don't need this to use HangFlex. Take a look at our demo to see how easy it is to use.

Can I hang trousers on HangFlex?
No. A version of HangFlex that allows trousers to be hung is being designed and will be available in the future.

Is there a warranty on HangFlex?
HangFlex has a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects. Please return faulty item with proof of purchase and we will replace or refund based on your choice. If you have purchased HangFlex from one of our resellers, please contact them directly.

Do you offer money back guarantee?
We are confident that you will be satisfied with HangFlex and the benefits that it offers. If you are not happy with HangFlex for any reason, please return with proof of purchase within 30 days for a full refund.
