At Hangflex.com we take great pride in the quality of our products. Attention to design, materials and safety is our priority. All shipments are carefully inspected before leaving the warehouse.
Defective or Damaged Products - HangFlex Warranty Certificate
Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage or manufacturing defect. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund.
HangFlex is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. If you believe you have received a defective product, please return it along with proof of purchase.
Please indicate if you would like the product(s) replaced or refunded. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty. If you have purchased HangFlex from one of our resellers, please contact them to arrange a refund or replacement as appropriate.
