All orders are shipped to the address as stated by the customers when the orders are placed through our shopping cart. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address entered is correct.
Delivery times are based on the shipping courier's best estimate. Foldix is not responsible for errors of the shipping company or delays during transit or the resulting damage or loss of value, time, profit or money.
Currently, all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
The delivery times apply to items that are IN STOCK. If an item is on back order, the delivery time will begin when the item is actually shipped. Items placed on backorder are shipped as they become available from the supplier.
Usually, our products are shipped within 2 business days, and arrive within 2-3 business days depending on the shipping destination.
Damaged Items and Manufacturing Defects
Upon receipt of your purchase, please inspect the package and notify us of any damage or manufacturing defects. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund.
